Every Friday night from March through December, Monrovia throws itself a party down the middle of Old Town's Myrtle Avenue, with thousands of visitors attending the weekly Family Festival - several blocks of food booths, craft stalls, kiddie rides, a certified farmers market and live entertainment, running from 5 to 9 p.m.
And, of course, parking is always free in Old Town.
